Q: How do I book my air tickets?
A : Tickets will be booked online. Upon booking, if you selected Credit card payment tickets will be emailed to you within 3 days. Else if you selected payment by cash / cheque, ticket will only be issued after you’ve arranged with us to make your cash / cheque payment.
Q: What if no emails were sent to me after 3 days?
A : Please contact us immediately and we’ll help you out.
Q: How will I get my eTickets?
A : E-Tickets are mailed to them and you can print those as confirmation of the booking.
Q: How do I make the payment?
A : We accept credit card payments online instantly, alternatively we're happy to also accept cash and cheques!
Q: How do I make my payment if we opt for cash / Cheque payment?
A: Pop by our office to make your payment and you’re good to go!
Q: What happens if I want to change my flight booking or do any last minute cancellations?
A : Contact us or refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
Q: Can I book my tickets through phone call instead of online?
A : We currently do not support phone bookings, please place your booking online. If you have any enquiries after placing your booking, please call us!
