Important Air Ticket Information

Air carriers may be required to make available to the public the terms of their contract of carriage pursuant to Title 14, Part 253 of the Code of Federal Regulations. The circumvention of an air carrier's rules, including practices such as back-to-back ticketing (purchasing two or more tickets with overlapping travel dates in order to circumvent minimum stay requirements) and hidden-city ticketing (purchasing tickets including segments which the purchaser does not intend to use in order to circumvent an air carrier's pricing structure), is prohibited by many air carriers. The use of prohibited ticketing practices may result in the air carrier taking actions including the cancellation of the ticket, denied boarding, revocation of frequent flyer miles and other benefits, additional charges to the purchaser's credit card, additional charges collected at the airport, or future invoicing. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchases abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any third party with whom you elect to deal, including terms or condition of purchase set forth in an air carrier's fare rules or contract of carriage.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Singapore for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, your use of the website and any purchase of products or services from Fareslayer.

We may from time to time change or modify these terms, we may also add new terms including but not limited to fees and charges. These modifications will take immediate effect upon posting on our website. You are responsible for checking keeping abreast of our terms and conditions. You as the user warrants that all such information and attachments both electronic and physical including emails, chat messages, phone calls and letters will not breach the intellectual property rights or any other law. By sending us information, you authorize FareSlayer irrevocable and unrestricted permission to use your information to process your orders, in doing so send your information to other 3rd parties both physically or electronically, Fareslayer also reserves the right to use such information provided to us in anyway we deem fit.

Reservations, Bookings, and Purchases:

In making your reservations, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This includes any rules imposed by our suppliers that you deal with. As each airline functions differently, it is your responsibility to review the terms of carriage set by the individual airlines that you deal with.

In the event of, but not limited to fare errors, incorrect fare rules, system errors, problems arising in availability or carries rejecting confirmations or taking too long to verify confirmations. In these occurrences that may restricts our ability to secure your booking, FareSlayer reserves the right to cancel the reservation and provide you with a full refund. During such an occurrence, Fareslayer may propose any available alternatives we deem suitable for your consideration. In the event that the fares are higher than the original, you as the customer may decline the offer.

It is the users accountability to evaluate all related travel advisories, prohibitions, and warnings which are issued by the government and the aviation administration before making any purchases, reservations and bookings on our website. Fareslayer does not guarentee or warrant that the destination you travel to comes without risk or is advisable. Fareslayer does not accept any liability for any sort of damages, losses, delays that you may encounter during your travel with, but not limited to, the airline and external third parties.

Fees and Charges:

FareSlayer may charge a fee for the services we provide when you book, and/or modify or cancel travel services after purchase. Please be aware that these fees are non-refundable and may be changed or vary. In addition to these fees, you will be responsible for all but not limited to charges, duties, fees, taxes, and assessment that may be charged to you during your use of the services that you have purchased from FareSlayer. Please be aware that air ticket refund fees vary from airline to airline. Farslayer charges a refund-processing fee of $50.00nett above any refund admin fee and/or penalty imposed by airline.

Fare Types have different rules that apply individually and it is the responsibility of the customer to understand the rules and restrictions pertaining to each fare type they are purchasing. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to be abiding by the rules of the selected fare. Some examples of these rules are such as how some fares are non refundable unless on special situation such as medical or compassionate, riots, natural disaster whereby we may appeal to the airline.

Some special or promotion fare types do not allow flight date changes. In some cases, flight date changes may be made possible when we reissue the air ticket to a higher faretype. In this scenario, the fare difference between the 2 Fare Types and the tax differences will be collected together with a reissuance fee $75.00.
